Guiding clients through the customer journey at Blackdove Art
Three years as junior marketing manager for a digital art platform, guiding clients from first touch through the sales and onboarding journey.
The engagement
Blackdove is a platform for displaying digital art on screens. From January 2022 to December 2024 I worked with the team as a junior marketing manager.
What I did
- Guided prospective clients from their first contact through to becoming customers, keeping the follow-up consistent and personal.
- Supported the marketing work that brought those clients in.
- Kept the customer journey organized in the CRM so the team could see where every lead stood.
Why it matters
Three years with one client, alongside my other engagements, is the pattern across my work: stay useful, stay organized, and stay.
