The engagement
A regional chapter of a national professional speakers association hired me through Upwork in August 2024 as its Zoho One administrator. The brief asked for hands-on experience across CRM, Books, Forms, Campaigns, Social and Flow, plus support for the chapter’s online academy.
What I did
- Administered the chapter’s Zoho apps, including CRM, Books, Forms, Campaigns, Social and Flow.
- Supported the online academy with video editing and posting, event registration and general admin.
- Created and scheduled the chapter’s social media posts.
Why it matters
Zoho One bundles more than 40 apps, and small organizations usually use six of them badly. Setting them up to talk to each other is the whole value.
