Creator, SignalRig: a GTM engineering showcase with five working demos
A client-facing demo site for GTM engineering: enrichment, scoring, routing, signal detection and reporting as working browser demos, built in one session.
The idea
Go-to-market engineering is the discipline of building the automated systems that find, qualify, contact and route buyers, so a small team runs at a large team’s volume. SignalRig proves the capability instead of describing it: five systems, each a working demo on labelled sample data, in the order they should be built.
What I did
- Wrote the brief: a client-facing proof artifact, not a resume site, with five interactive systems, a prompt lab and the commercial foundation behind them.
- Directed Claude Code through the build in one working session: Next.js 16 with the App Router, TypeScript and Tailwind v4, 58 source files and about 4,500 lines including the sample data.
- Reviewed every demo, merged the pull request, deployed to Vercel and pointed signalrig.dev at it.
Why it matters
Anyone can claim to build enrichment and scoring systems. A site where a prospect can drag the response-time slider and watch close probability fall is a different kind of claim. The full story is on the AI Projects page.
